Our Pastor
Dr. John Currid is the Senior Pastor at Ballantyne Presbyterian Church.
Dr.
Currid received his doctorate from the University of Chicago, and has over
twenty years of teaching experience, his last post being Reformed Seminary's
campus in Jackson, MS. He moved to Charlotte in 2007 to teach in the Old
Testament department at Reformed Seminary's Charlotte campus. Dr. Currid
has served in the PCA as an ordained minister prior to coming to Ballantyne, and
has a loving commitment to the local church.
Ballantyne Presbyterian has three pastoral interns: Robert Arendale, Andrew Goodman,
and Mark James, who attend Reformed Theological
Seminary.
